1. Agreement to Terms

By using IoweMyParentsMoney.com (the "Site") and booking services through it, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or book services. These terms may change from time to time; continued use means you accept the updated terms.

2. About Our Services

The Site connects you with Dax, a local neighborhood helper offering:

• Dog walking (various durations, multiple dogs)
• Car washing (exterior, interior, or both)
• Trash bin cleaning (standard or deep clean)

Services are only available in zip codes we currently serve. We'll let you know during booking if your address is in our service area.

3. Booking & Scheduling

• All bookings are requests until confirmed by Dax or a parent.
• You'll receive a confirmation via email or text once your slot is approved.
• Please provide accurate contact and address information so we can show up at the right place and time.
• Same-day bookings may not always be possible — advance booking is encouraged.

4. Payments

We keep it simple. Payment is due after the service is completed and accepted. We accept:

• Cash
• Venmo (at time of service)
• Zelle (at time of service)

We do not collect or store credit card information. Pricing is shown before you book and is based on the service options you select. If circumstances change and the scope of work differs significantly from what was booked, the final price may be adjusted with your agreement.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We get it — plans change. Please see our Cancellation Policy for full details. In short: free cancellation with 12+ hours notice, same-day cancellations please call or text, and rescheduling is always welcome.

6. Your Responsibilities

To keep everything safe and smooth, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking
• Ensure pets are safe and accessible for dog walks (leash, collar, harness, etc.)
• Ensure your car and bins are accessible at the scheduled time
• Inform us of any hazards, allergies, or special instructions ahead of time
• Be present or reachable during the scheduled service window

7. Liability & Disclaimers

We take pride in doing great work, but it's important to set expectations:

• Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, undisclosed hazards, or circumstances outside our reasonable control (severe weather, unsafe property conditions, aggressive pets not disclosed, etc.).
• For car washes, we are not responsible for pre-existing paint damage, loose trim, or other vehicle conditions.
• For dog walks, we are not liable for injuries or behavior issues arising from undisclosed aggression, health conditions, or inadequate equipment.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without our written consent. Testimonials and photos you submit may be used on the Site or social media with your permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Please don't:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to disrupt or damage the Site or its systems
• Harass, threaten, or abuse Dax, his parents, or other customers
• Book services with no intention of paying or being present

We reserve the right to refuse service and cancel bookings for anyone who violates these rules.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Clark County, Nevada.

11. Service by a Minor

Dax is 13 years old. All services are performed under the supervision and support of his parents. Payments are processed with parental oversight. By booking, you acknowledge and accept that the service provider is a minor operating with adult supervision.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new terms.
